I'm partnering with a growing mortgage lending organization to identify a strategic Chief Financial Officer who can help lead the next phase of growth. This is a highly visible executive leadership role reporting directly to ownership and working closely with key stakeholders across finance, operations, capital markets, compliance, and servicing. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic business partner and a hands-on financial leader who can thrive in a fast-paced lending environment.

What we're looking for:
• Prior CFO, VP of Finance, Head of Finance, or senior finance leadership experience within mortgage lending
• Deep understanding of mortgage banking, secondary markets, warehouse facilities, and loan origination economics
• Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Experience leading accounting and finance teams
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, investors, lenders, and board members
• CPA and/or advanced finance credentials preferred
